I'm so glad I found their place. It took me some time to find the right teachers and space for me to learn. Both are great at instructing. They are gentle and at the same time push the class to do their best. It's definitely my favorite place to learn yoga just outside of Auroville. Their whole concept is for us to get better physically and mentally. If you are seeking that, just drop in once and find out for yourself.
The practice has helped me to be aware of once own body, it's connection with mind and vice-versa. And the regular practice's benefits flow into other areas of life, brings in new perspectives and more perseverance both at a deeper and basic level. The teacher's peaceful and patient manner makes you love the process of learning and becoming. Thank you for the beautiful space you have created.

I has super cool yoga sessions with Nikhil and Dorota. 2 different kind of practice and it is very nice to be able to have both !!
I like the way the sessions are cued up well in a way that are both relaxing for the body and facilitates better flexibility and movement for further sequences. Overall great experience!
They just care about teaching every depth of each poses carefully , Even if you are beginner or pro , this is a place to learn yoga for physical and mental strength

This is my first time taking yoga classes that too on Zoom, but Nikhil Ji it so good in explaining things and observing everyone in the class and correcting the poses. I’m really pleased that I decided to take lessons with Nikhil Ji.
The classes are excellent. Nikhil is expert and guides very well. Organization of the class is nice and very helpful.
